This Limited Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) is provided by Astricks (“Astricks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the original purchaser (“Customer” or “you”) of Astricks products (“Products”). This Warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
1. What Is Covered
Astricks warrants that, under normal use, its Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified below, measured from the date of original purchase as shown on your invoice or receipt.

2. What Is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or improper installation
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration of the Product
- Use of the Product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or published specifications
- Damage caused by third-party software, hardware, or accessories not supplied by Astricks
- Power surges, water damage, fire, or other external events
- Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
3. Remedies
If a Product is found to be defective during the applicable warranty period, Astricks will, at its sole discretion and as your exclusive remedy:
- Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts of equivalent quality; or
- Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of the same or comparable model; or
- Refund the purchase price, less any applicable depreciation or usage credit, as permitted by law
Repaired or replaced Products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact Astricks Support with your proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and the Product’s serial number. We may require you to:
- Provide additional information or troubleshooting steps before authorizing a return
- Ship the Product to a designated service location at your expense (return shipping for approved warranty claims will be covered by Astricks unless otherwise stated)
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending back the Product
Claims submitted without proof of purchase or outside the applicable warranty period may be denied or subject to out-of-warranty service fees.
5. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY, ASTRICKS PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS THAT VARY BY JURISDICTION.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRICKS’ TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ASTRICKS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ASTRICKS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
7. Transferability
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Astricks at the time of sale.
8. Your Statutory Rights
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which vary by state, province, or country and are not limited by this Warranty.
9. Governing Law
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal or local consumer protection law.
